There are two versions of this Action in the file, a simple one and a more complex one. The simple one checks a form field named "email" on the page to see if the entered value "looks" like a valid e-mail address (Make sure to add onSubmit = return validateForm(this) to the Form in its Extended... box). The more complex version creates a form with two text fields and a Submit button and then compares the two e-mail addresses to make sure they appear valid and are identical.
